1. What are the delivery charges? 

Our standard shipping charges are ₹70. We offer free shipping if your cart total is ₹1500 and above. 

2. What is the delivery timeline? 

After the purchase is complete, all orders will be shipped out within 2 business days. (Not relevant during festival or sale season.) Depending on where you are, it should take 2 to 7 days for your package to reach you after dispatch.

As soon as your package leaves our facility, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

If you need your order urgently, shoot us an email on info@hueandher.com and we'll do our best to get it to you early. 

5. How can I track my order? 

Once your package is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email along with a tracking link. If you have an account with us, you’ll also be able to find the tracking link in your orders section.

1. What payment methods do you accept? 

You have multiple options to choose from. We accept Visa Debit, Mastercard, Bank Transfer, Google Pay, Paytm and other UPI payments.

2. Can I make changes to my order after it's placed? 

By sending us an email at info@hueandher.com within an hour of placing your order, you can do so without a doubt. If you want to add another product to your order, we advise placing a new order and notifying us through email so that we can make arrangements to reimburse the delivery fees.

3. Can I cancel my order?

4. Can I place an order on Instagram DM?

Absolutely! However, we suggest using our website to make purchases if you require an instant confirmation of your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

1. Can I return/ exchange my item? 

Currently, we do not accept refunds or exchanges for our jewellery. However, we'd be happy to provide you with more images and videos to aid in your decision-making. For the same, send an Instagram DM to @hueandher or send an email to info@hueandher.com.

2. Can you repair my jewellery ? 

Currently, we do not offer any further repairs, re-plating, or ring sizing services. To learn how to extend the life of your favourite items, please read our jewellery care guide.

1. Do you offer discounts for bulk/corporate orders? 

We do, indeed! To assist you and come up with more suggestions for your bulk/corporate/bridesmaids/other presents, please contact us via email - info@hueandher.com

2. Do you provide gift packaging?

Upon request, we provide free gift packaging.

Additionally, you will have the choice of adding a gift message, or if you'd rather to create your own, we may provide a blank gift note. Our merchandise and documentation never display prices, so everything is gift-ready. Simply include your criteria in the checkout notes, and we'll make every effort to meet them.

3. Can I resell the products purchased from your website? 

Only consumers should purchase items from hueandher.com. If we determine, in our sole judgement, that an order is being placed for the purpose of resale, we retain the right to refuse or cancel it as well as any subsequent orders.

4. Do you take custom orders? 

We're not able to accommodate custom orders at the moment for single pieces however, if it's a bulk purchase for gifting then we can talk more about it on info@hueandher.com

• Regular cleaning helps lengthen the longevity of your gold-plated jewellery. If you want to clean your jewellery, avoid using strong chemicals or cleansers.
• Avoid using body and hair sprays, cosmetics, and fragrances.
• Keep your jewellery protected in an airtight bag, box, or pouch away from heat and direct sunlight.
• A drop or incorrect storage could cause your semi-precious stone jewellery to crack or become loose.
